Remote Support
If you aren't having hardware problems we can often fix your software problems remotely. Simply download MacHelpMate and call us to schedule a remote support session. Remote support sessions are billed in 15 minute increments with a minimum 30 minute charge. Your computer must be able to boot up completely and have a broadband internet connection - we'll take care of the rest.
Upgrades
It is very common that the memory that is supplied with your computer as it came from Apple is not sufficient to drive today's demanding applications and operating systems. Upgrading the memory in the computer can lead to faster loading and response times when switching between programs. When the computer doesn't have enough real memory to use it will use virtual memory - which can lead to disk thrashing. With the increasing use of digital media your hard drive will tend to get filled up much faster than before. Depending on your system we can
either add an additional hard drive or replace your existing hard drive with a larger one and transfer all your information to the new drive.

On-Site Service
At times it may not be feasible or convenient to carry-in your system for service. In such cases we can travel to your home or office and perform most repairs or upgrades. Give us a call and we will be happy to schedule a convenient time to meet your needs.
Rentals
We stock a variety of PowerBook and MacBook computers that are available for rental. We rent by the day, week or month depending on your needs. If your laptop needs to go to Apple for repair and the hard drive is not having a problem we can transfer your data to a rental unit. This way you can continue to work on your own data. When your machine is back from Apple we can transfer your data back to your machine. You will be up and running with your data up-to-date.
